2. ACCEPTANCE BY THE USER
The user voluntarily declares the accuracy of the data entered and accepts the responsibility and commitment involved in purchasing a product online. By registering on decoralcasa.es, owned by Las Pacas Original S.L., the user accepts the terms and conditions of use, acknowledging understanding and acceptance of the terms expressed. These terms and conditions may be modified at any time, and such modifications will be published on our website. The use of the services of decoralcasa.es after the publication of modifications implies acceptance of them. If the user does not accept such changes, they must unsubscribe from decoralcasa.es by sending an email to info@laspacas.com indicating their wish to cancel the service. The General Conditions of this website govern the contractual agreement between Las Pacas Original S.L. and the user; therefore, the user must click the box “I accept the terms and conditions and the privacy policy” during the registration process, thereby becoming irrefutably bound by the following clauses.
The user must be over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contractual commitments. Any incident resulting from non-compliance with any clause or from false or erroneous data provided by the user shall exempt Las Pacas Original S.L. from any liability or compensation. 3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND PRICING POLICY
The items offered on decoralcasa.es are only available within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, except for Ceuta and Melilla. Decoralcasa.es reserves the right to modify its offer, withdrawing any reference or modifying content at any time. The published prices include VAT (21%), and the value of the purchase will be the one displayed at the time the commercial transaction is completed. If a price modification occurs during the logistics process, the purchase will not be affected. Sales prices do not include shipping costs, which will be added during the purchase process and reflected in the order document.
4. PURCHASE AND PAYMENT SYSTEM
To complete a purchase, the user must register their information through the corresponding form. To make a purchase, the user must follow the steps indicated on the website, which are as follows:
• Select the product.
• Add it to the cart.
• Verify billing and shipping information.
• Accept the shipping method and corresponding costs.
• Choose a payment method.
• Check the purchase summary and accept.
After completing the process, the user will automatically receive a confirmation message by email. They may also access the order details through the link provided on the final purchase page. If, due to a technological reason, no confirmation is received within 24 hours, the user must contact decoralcasa.es by sending an email.
Available payment methods include:

• Instalment payment.
Once registered, the user must make the payment using a Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, or similar credit/debit card, or via PayPal. The card used must be issued by a Spanish bank or a subsidiary/branch of a foreign financial entity with establishment in Spain.
The user must notify www.laspacas.com via email to info@laspacas.com of any unauthorised or fraudulent charge on the card used for purchases, as soon as possible, so that Las Pacas Original S.L. may take appropriate action.
Laspacas.com states that it neither accesses nor stores sensitive payment information. Only the payment-processing financial entity has access to this data for managing payments. If, for reasons beyond the control of Las Pacas Original S.L., the payment is rejected by the bank’s secure server, the order will not be processed and the user will be informed.
5. SHIPPING AND RETURNS
General policy: If you wish to withdraw from the Contract and return all or part of an order, you must follow the steps indicated in the RETURNS AND EXCHANGES section.
By completing and accepting the data collection form, the user accepts the privacy and confidentiality conditions. This website uses cookies, and the user must accept them in order to browse it.
